About Julie
Julie is the founder of Talent Right Partners. She is a passionate talent strategist and career coach with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and organizations thrive. Her background spans industries including CPG, technology, and professional services — bringing a real-world understanding of both corporate HR leadership and boutique executive search.
Julie has collaborated with clients across career coaching, executive search, and HR consulting priorities. Previously, she served as Chief People Officer at Blue Apron, where she led talent strategy through the challenges of COVID and during a critical return-to-growth phase. Earlier in her career, she built and scaled the HR function at a fast-growing ad-tech startup through its acquisition, led national campus recruiting at Accenture, and oversaw the HR function at Council Advisors (formerly G100). She also led HR for the New York office of Redcats (now FULLBEAUTY Brands) during a pivotal period of building out its international e-commerce platform. This blend of startup and enterprise experience enables her to deliver practical, tailored solutions across a range of client needs.
